Started taking oral terbinafine, told toenails need to grow out so it can take months, but how long before i see results for jock itch? immediate?

No, the results : Won't be immediate. But, it should help. It could take couple of weeks to months. I would advise using a topical antifungal cream to the region of the jock itch. The terbinafine indication is for nails not jock itch, but, it should work nonetheless over time.
