Recommended w/food: Many painkillers medications, especially non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (Motrin, Aleve) should be taken with food because they can damage the stomach lining causing irritation, bleeding and ulcers. Take Ibuprofen with a glass of milk if no food is available. Always avoid grapefruit juice. Good luck.
