Several causes: It is possible that your skin feels cold because of sweating. The moisture from sweat can make your skin feel cold. Some people have Raynaud disease when exercising, causing the hands, feet, ears and nose to feel very very cold when exercising. If it happens in just a few places, such as lower legs or forearms, I suggest being seen to make sure you don't have a nerve problem such as neuropathy.
