It sounds: a lot like a "Prodrome" ( EARLY symptom) of a viral infection. Take your Temperature! Drink plenty of fluids. Eat LIGHTLY (Saltines may help the nausea) Whatever it is it should become obvious in the next day or so! Hope this helps! Dr Z
