A member asked:

To lose weight i have to keep my heart rate high, but just how high should i keep it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not true: You heart rate is irrelevant. If you eat fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight, even if your heart rate is always 30! what you're thinking is that you should be active and that's true as it will help you burn more calories, but more importantly, it will keep you in the right mind set. Nonetheless, no one loses weight through increased activity, only by eating smarter and less.
