Cardio mostly: The best thing would be to start moderately intense cardio work, such as jogging/biking/walking/swimming and the like. Light resistance training can help somewhat, as muscle has a higher metabolic need than fatty tissue. And be sure to consult a physician before you begin any new exercise regimen.
