Would taking 5 pink benadryl pills and 4 tylenol (acetaminophen) pills with 2 tramadol while having mono be dangerous of just put me to sleep for a little bit.

Too much : All that together would make u more exhausted and very foggy and tired even after effects wear off. Don't need to fake all that together. Strongly advise against it

Don't do it.: The benadryl alone is over twice the recommended dose and throwing tramadol into the mix is a recipe for disaster . Sounds like you are double-dosing the tylenol (acetaminophen) too. Why do you feel the need to take so much medication at once? ALWAYS follow recommended doses!
