I was just washing my clothes and i bend down to pick some up and i felt a pain in my head and i got back up and i had trouble breathing.

Examination: You should examined. Bending down causes a sharp, rapid rise in intrathoracic pressure. Spontaneous pneumothorax is rare but can occur in young healthy people like you (16 yo). (= collapsed lung). The main symptom is sudden sharp pain followed by breathing difficulty.
