I had an inguinal hernia surgery in 2010. i feel pain at incision after ejaculating. a doctor told me to take steroid injections. how much injections?

Good luck !: The steroid injection would be by the physician so you don't need to know the dose. The thought is that this is due to an abdominal scar being yanked on and producing pain. Steroids would help remodel scar. This is not an FDA approved indication and is more hopeful than guaranteed. Alternatively, scar remodeling occurs with physical therapy/stretching/exercise and getting that area more flexible.
