Just asking, what is the best supplement for nerve?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

THE BEST?: Assuming you possess a peripheral neuropathy, especially involving small fibres, hands down, is a medical food called MetanX, containing bioactive folate, (folic acid) B-6 and B-12. But this is a prescription item. If alcohol an issue, thiamine might be useful. Several OTC items found in health food stores have been touted, such as alpha lipoid acid, but little objective proof.
