Good question: Hi. Not many people with lipid profiles like that have been studied, so no absolute answers. However, your HDL would generally be considered protective and your LDL would generally be considered a risk. It's like they're in competition. What are your triglycerides? Your non-HDL cholesterol? They could influence your risk as well as myriad genes that affect CAD risk.
