When was your: Last period?? It sounds like you are having estrogen issues . It could be that you are reacting to your birth control pills. Have they been recently changed, or the generic brand changed, as that not an uncommon complaint when generics are changed. Sometimes our bodies just change. Best get an eval if none of the above apply

Unclear: It is important to understand this can be a function of a number of things. Have you had any contact with someone that might have irritated the nipple. Do you have any kind of rash or recently started applying some different kind of lotion. One consideration is that one might be pregnant with this problem. Breast tenderness can be a problem with BCP. See your doctor if persists.

See your doctor: As this has been going on for 2 weeks, I think it would be best to have your doctor do a breast/nipple examination. It could be due to hormone fluctuations, friction (especially in runners or if you work out without a bra), infection, and environmental factors like cold or hot weather or allergies to things like detergents, soaps, and lotions. Pregnancy is another possibility.
