What can be the cause for irritation around the trachea, not necessarily inside but around it? i feel a pressure and tightening around it from the center of my upper back, front and can't lie directly on my chest without tighten it further.

Pain: Your assumption of pain from your "trachea" can confuse a doctor. Repeat your symptoms don't use anatomy terms, just say what you feel.
