I had some irritation at the back just below the left shoulder .its not a pain .sometimes i feel its on the left portion of the chest.

Pinched nerve: You could have an irritated or pinched nerve from the thoracic spine causing the problem. See your chiropractor for treatment. If the irritation worsens or a rash appears you could have shingles and should be evaluated by a doctor.
