Hyperpigmentation: The most common and likely cause of any darkening of the labia is typically changes in your hormones.This is very normal and nothing to worry about. The small black bump is a bit harder to diagnose over the internet and can be one of many things.I would recommend you have your doctor take a look at it to determine what exactly it is.You also want to rule out an infection if it's painful/irritated
