More than one?: It is more likely that is more than one of the same bug, possibly ants that bit you. It is impossible to know with that description. But keep area clean, dry, don't scratch it, and if no improvement see your doctor.

Don't scratch!: The moment you scratch any lesion on your skin, all bets are off. You may even cause an infection that will leave a scar when healed. The lesions may be due to an ant bite, but also other bugs. You can apply Sarna with pramoxime (OTC) to help with th eitching, apply a non-stick gauze. No better - see your physician.
