Did doctor treat you: Swollen cervix can be due to STDS,for which you have been tested and say is negative.Other causes are Cervical polyp,pelvic inflammatory disease,chocolate cyst adhesions,cervical ectrpian,cervix cancer,endometriosis,cervical ectropian You should consult a Gunecologist to find the cause and proper treatment
