3 possibilities: 1. The test 2 months ago was a false negative result (very common) 2. The current test was false positive (very uncommon) 3. You have been reinfected by your partner. There is no other way to contract vaginal chlamydia.

STD: Chlamydia is an STD, so if one has it, so does the other. As far as where it came from, you may never know, and you have to decide if you trust each other. If so, you both get treated and go on with your life.
