I have a seb..cyst on my chest that was infected 2 weeks ago. it got better but not gone. now i have a rash that itches all around the cyst.

Need more info: the rash could be an allergy to a topical medicine you used, or to a bandage. Sebaceous cysts recur if not fully removed. Could it be infected again?
