Up to you : There are no restrictions on that activity. There is usually some blood and inflammatory discharge after hysterectomy so your partner may not want to participate until that clears.

Sex after surg: No reason not to receive oral sex after LAVH. Just be sure not to vigorous. Sore abdominal muscles and pelvic muslces still in play here. Hope this helps.
