Pelvic pain for 2 yrs localized to vaginal cuff. biopsy of cuff shows focal koilocytic changes. could this be the cause of my pain? lavh/bso in 2013

Adhesions: If the vaginal cuff pain occurs only with intercourse, then adhesions are a possibility. Koilocytosis are cellular changes in the vaginal cuff that may require cuff revision or cryotherapy.
