CT scan: It means that the distal femur is rotated counterclockwise(as if you are looking up from the feet) 35 degrees from the neutral position. If you have a fracture of the proximal femur or shaft, it means that the distal fracture piece is rotated relative to the proximal fractured piece of the femur.
