If local: anesthesia was used the the numbness may be due to that or the localized swelling depolarizing the peripheral nerves. that should improve with time but am concerned about the "warm" you mention. If she has a fever of 101 degrees F then call the surgeon;s service for advice. Post operative temps are not uncommon within a couple days of surgery but beyond that not so much.

Possibly yes.: if she has fever( warm) and her incision is red ; If this is a change from yesterday , then YES. Post surgery there is always increased blood supply to heal the wound and it can make the surgical site somewhat warm and mild redness around the Incision site. Not being able to feel Vaginal area could be due to damage to the nerve. The sensation will return.
