What is turp reversal?

No such thing: TURP stands for transurethral resection of the prostate. It is a procedure done through the urethra to unblock a blockage caused by an enlarged prostate. It cannot be reversed but prostate tissue can grow back with time, especially if the initial procedure was incompletely performed. Are you sure you are not thinking of vasectomy reversal?

TURP reversal: TURP is trans urethral resection of prostate. The prostate gland is hollowed out via a electrocautery 'blade'. Strips of prostate are shaved away from inside out. There is no 'reversal' as such. The remaining prostate can grow larger and in a sense 'reverses' the condition.
