Talk to your Doc Now: This is a far too complicated answer than the few words you have described. I can advise you to speak with your physician immediately about this issue, as you very well may be in need of angioplasty or bypass surgery. However, there may be other reasons to aggressively treat this with Aspirin, Statin and B-Blocker therapy.
