Sharp pain: Sharp abdominal pain can be due to many reasons. Zantac (ranitidine) is to treat peptic ulcer disease orAcid Reflux (GERD). Need to ask where is the sharp abdominal pain upper vs. Lower abdomen? Does it get worse or better after eating? Any nausea or vomiting? Any constipation or increased gases? Answer all these questions and visit your friendly primary care doc.
