I was prescribed zantac (ranitidine) 300mg. i have glibert's liver disease with bilirubin at 5.0. is it safe for me?

Gilbert's: Isn't really a disease per se. It can cause jaundice during periods of stress, but doesn't have any significant implications on your health. It's perfectly fine to take Zantac (ranitidine) if you only have Gilbert's.
