Back pain: Actually, there are a number of options for back pain. If I had to give one recommendation it would be to find a way to increase overall range of motion. Many people suffer from tight hamstrings as they get older along with excess weight. Increasing flexibility & strengthening erector spinae muscles can help alot. I like water aerobics, MILD yoga, and gentle back lifting exercise.
