Out of nowhere my foreskin became hard to pull back, after about a week my frenulum became white and feels raised and hard. its painful to the touch or to pull the foreskin back. what could this be and is this something that i could heal at home?

Has your foreskin been very itchy for sometime? The only condition that I know of that fits your description of the foreskin turning white & firm making it difficult & painful to retract the foreskin is lichen sclerosus. Typically it takes long-standing itchy involvement before whiteness,hardened surface & phimosis to occur. I recommend seeing a dermatologist or urologist for accurate diagnosis.

It could be irritation or infection.Try cleaning the area and under the foreskin with soap and water- dry- apply antibiotic ointment. If not better pl see a Urologist
