More information: We need more information in order to figure the cause. Elevated liver enzymes can be caused by multiple reasons. Alcohol related usually presents with a more elevated AST compared with ALT levels.It would be good to check for viral hepatitis.Not sure if you had those done. Also elevated ferritin can be associated with few reasons which include elevated iron for example. An abdominal US needed too.
