Shingles?: have the rash evaluated by a physician. try to stay away from anyone that may be pregnant or someone who's never had chicken pox or vaccinated for chicken pox. topical anti-itch medications may not help therefore seeing your doctor would be the best way to get relief and to determine if the rash is due something else like contact dermatitis
