Observe: Usually not a good idea to terminate pregnancy on the basis of one hCG.level. Do some follow up levels at 48 hour intervals, see what the trend is

HCG Levels: This HCG level is on the low side of normal for the stated gestational age. However, that age may not be 100% accurate. Getting serial HCGs drawn 48 hours apart will help determine if levels are rising appropriately. Generally they will double in that timeframe.

No, need f/u HCG lev: The HCG should double every 48-72 hours. I would not do anything until you are sure the pregnancy is or isn't viable.
