Probable: Lymph nodes may enlarge slightly with allergic rhinitis. However if you have a fever or severe pain at the area , then one needs to consider the presence of an infection.

Could be: The swollen lymph nodes can be due to your allergies, an infection, as well as many other problems. If they swelled at the same time as your allergies act up then go away as your allergies calm down, the allergies are the most likely cause. If you develope fevers or if the lymph nodes don't go away you should see your doctor
