Need more informatio: Unfortunately you have not indicated which toe it is or if it when you stretch all your toes. The pain may be simply from overstretching the toe.

Nerve pain: Pain to nerves to the top of the foot due to bunion pressing on the nerve becomes irritated when you point your foot due to the stretching of the nerves on top of the foot.
