I have a history of endometriosis both ovaries...my hcg on 18th was 44.4...on 20th my hcg dropped to 14.0..do i still have chance...

Not good: If the HCG is dropping, you are losing the pregnancy. There is always the possiblility of a lab error, so it can be rechecked. It is very low, and needs to be followed down to zero to make sure it is not an ectopic.
