Suboxone/sleep: Basically you cannot. When put on Suboxone you were titrated slowly hence any issues would have been realized during that time. THe only way to ensure safe sleep and no apnea is to do a Sleep Saturation Analysis Test.

CPAP machine: I would strongly recommend using your CPAP machine. I would also recommend avoiding sedating medications or drugs.

Check with your doc: use a pap machine if you have sleep apnea. also if your machine records detailed data, you may check to see if it is finding central apneas, if this is high you may need to switch to a more advanced machine.
