Yes: Suboxone , Buprenorphine plus Naltrexone , stimulate my receptors and can lead to respiratory depression, as such it can worsen sleep apnea. In combination with Xanax (alprazolam) and similar drugs, deaths have been reported.

Possibly: opiods can worsen sleep apnea. 2 things to do would be to use a PAP machine if you have apnea, and to monitor it closely. If the machine notices that you are starting to have central apneas, than your physician may consider switching you to a machine with a backup rate.
