Dont know: Alpha lipoic acid is a vitamin and its use is outside of traditional medical interventions. As such, its interactions are not well studied. I would not anticipate withdrawal However, given the usual reasons this vitamin is given, the likely cause of your issue may be the sedative use. Why not address it directly.
