Maybe: It depends on the reason you are taking the zantac (ranitidine) and pantoloc. These meds are overused for simple indigestion, and appropriately used for gastric acid reduction in the stomach for several conditions, including prevention of stomach ulcers and bleeding. Alcohol irritates the lining of stomach and may increase risk of stomach bleeding if consumed in large quantities, with or without these meds.

They interact: Zantac (ranitidine) and Pantolac might potentiate alcohol effect on your body and your brain. Spacing might not help because these medications have a long standing effect. If you drink alcohol while being on these medications do not drive even after having one drink
