Go to ER, poss MI: I am concerned about your elevated Blood pressure and arm pain, and the sudden onset of diarrhea. These could be signs of an impending cardiac event. I would go directly to an emergency room to be evaluated. Please take all of your medications with you to help the physicians in the ER evaluate you. Have a friend or relative drive you, and have them call your physician.
