Yes and Yes: Tizanidine is a muscle relaxer effective for muscle spasms. Trazadone is an anti-depressant typically prescribed as a sleep aid more than for depression. Both are sedating but most become accustomed to the sedating effects. The sedation is likely to be additive so your prescribing dr needs to know you're taking both. S/he will likely use a lower starting dose and a slower up-taper
