FP or GYN: Doc will want to track down cause of repeated yeast 'infections'. Are you diabetic? Have you been on antibiotics recently? Do you douche frequently? Normally the bacteria in the vagina (lactobacilli) keep the yeast there under control. Anything that upsets that balance can result in yeast overgrowth, things like uncontrolled diabetes, antibiotics that kill the good bacteria.
