I'm one week post op vitrectomy.at the f/u the doctor said i had a re bleed. is this normal and will this bleed go away. no retinal det.

Not uncommon: This would not be an uncommon occurrence, especially while a person is taking Aspirin and ibuprofen. Usually these small bleeds will clear without complication. Any extreme symptoms should be reported back to the surgeon, such as pain, loss of vision, substantial increase in floaters.
