Osteoarthritis : "Crackling and Popping" can be a sign of CREPITUS which can occur when the cartilage fibers of the joint cushion are damaged. Seeing your MD for a detailed shoulder exam/ X Ray will help pinpoint the problem (+) help with therapy.
