Shoulder ache: At your age I don't think you have arthritis of the shoulder, but tendonitis is a definite possibility unless you can recall a specific shoulder injury causing a sprain. I recommend trying a week of anti-inflammatory medication like Advil or Aleve. If symptoms persist consult an orthopedic specialist for evaluation and treatment.
