In the range of..: There is reasonable data to suggest that for those looking to optimize muscle hypertrophy(bodybuilding) that you should aim for a protein intake of 0.7 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. More than that is likely excessive, and while for healthy individuals it's unlikely to be harmful, it may predispose you to being "gassy". Best of luck and stay hydrated.
