Dedication: Gaining muscle requires significant dedication. This means you have to stress your muscles, whether it be through resistance training(weight lifting), CrossFit, bootcamp style exercises, or any other form of power training. In addition to exercise, you will need to increase your caloric intake with a focus on protein intake. Aim in the range of 0.7-1gm of protein/lb of body weight, daily.
