Yes meds : are more complicated than people realized. Remeron (mirtazapine) is used for dementia. Klonopin is used for this and anxiety. Ask a psychiatrist or your primary care if you have more questions.

Possibly fine: Remeron, (mirtazapine) aka generic mirtazepine, is often used for depression, anxiety, and to increase the appetite. It seems to be well tolerated in elderly people with dementia. It causes sedation, so its taken at nite. Klonopin aka generic clonazepam. This is used for anxiety, panic attacks,and restless leg syndrome. It is long acting, causes sedation and can worsen balance, so I'd suggest caution with it.
