Yes: Having a double uterus doesn't change the fact that you still only have two tubes, which are likely normal. There should be no problem getting your tubes tied.

Most likely ... : Even if you have a double uterus, like in the condition of uterus didelphys or uterus duplex bicollis or bicornate uterus, a surgeon still should be able to complete a tubal ligation, unless something more complicated is going on.

Yes: Uterus didelphys is a congenital condition, which the Muellerian tube failed to fuse, and develop into double uterus, each with a cervix, and can often develop with double vagina. Each uterus is connected to the fallopian tube on the respective side facing the ovary. Tubal ligation can be safely perform by ligating or tie each side of the fallopian tube connected to the uterus.
