What are the chances an area in the breast has been biopsied twice by two different radiologists and both miss the target? 9mm area.

Very low: In experienced hands, image guided core biopsy is at least 97% accurate. It would probably be at least 99% accurate taking into account 2 biopsies.

Just had two breast masses biopsied in my left breast. One is .6cm and one is 1.6 x1.0x1.6. Radiologist said Fibroadenoma but it was heterogeneous with lobulations like a four leaf clover and was glad we were biopsying. Is this cancer?
If breast biopsy for suspicious area on u/s came back as benign tissue and radiologist said it was concordant, do I need to get a second opinion?
